For all returns, and refunds please contact us first by sending an email to email@example.com or by using our Contact Form.
1.1 Our policy lasts 14 days for stock items from point of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, then unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. This applies to all purchases made within the UK and Overseas.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or the equivalent if the packaging has been damaged.
1.3 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which will be emailed to you via PayPal after you have paid for and completed your purchase.
1.4 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order is not affected. If this is the case, our returns policy applies. In the first instance, please contact us for instructions and within the statutory 14 day cooling off period.
2.1 Full refunds only apply to returned items that are defective or damaged. We do not offer partial refunds for any reason. You will only be refunded for the original purchase price of the item and not the initial or return shipping costs.
2.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.3 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days of confirmation of refund approval.
3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
3.1 If you have not received your refund within 14 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact PayPal, and/or your credit card company or bank.
3.2 There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by these organisations.
3.4 If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our Contact Form.
4.1 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase other than being damaged or defective, then we may consider your reasons for this and offer advice on another purchase providing that the price is equal to or greater than your initial purchase as we do not offer partial refunds. If we agree to do this, you the buyer will be responsible for returning the item to us and pay for the delivery as set out in our returns policy. Refer to item 1.2.
5. SECONDARY ART
5.1 Our returns and refunds policies do not apply to the purchase of secondary art. Your secondary art purchase cannot be exchanged. Therefore, please ensure you are satisfied with the artwork prior to purchasing.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ARTWORK
6.1 All shipping and delivery costs to UK locations are included in the initial purchase price at point of sale. International shipping costs are calculated seperately and applied accordingly to the purchase price and payable by you the buyer at point of purchase.
6.2 The following applies to both UK and International locations. Our delivery costs are for standard items and are included in the initial purchase price of the artwork unless otherwise stated. Non standard delivery applies to oversized and weight intensive items, multiple item consignments and remote locations. The cost of non standard delivery will be calculated seperately and applied accordingly to the purchase price and payable by you the buyer at point of purchase. Please note that the timing for delivery of all items to you the customer are subject to location and the appointed courier service timescales.
6.3 You the buyer, will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all purchases and returned items. Shipping costs by you are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.
6.4 We use an approved courier for delivery of your item. You can choose any courier/parcel service to return your item to us. However, we recommend that you use an approved courier.
6.5 We are not responsible for items returned by you to us and the said items not being received by us. We do advise you use a trackable shipping service, purchase shipping insurance and obtain proof of postage.
